The extrusion line is newly developed based on European technique and systemic study and research of new type pipe production line; it suitable for PE, PP and other polyolefine pipes high-speed extrusion. KR-series high-efficiency single screw extruder has 8 standard sizes: F30, F45, F65, F75, F90, F105, F120, F150MM, and the L/D ratio is 30:1D 37:1DEffective length ,All the equipments are controlled by the PLC/PCC smart modular, further, the automatic control, real-time data record and closed-loop control are realized. The advantaged are high output, high adaptability for different raw material, highly stable good-quality extrusion and so on.

14.The pipe Haul-off unit is the 3-12 caterpillar driving device, all the caterpillar bands are driven separately by AC motors and controlled by digital controllers, which is very important for accurate speed adjustment and removes the possibility of slipping due unequal driving force distribution, therefore, the stability of extrusion is gained.
15.The hydraulic planetary cutter cuts the pipe , one is rotary cutting, another is synchronizing cutting with bevel angle. The cutter is hydraulically controlled, and it has the function of length tracking, which is monitored by PLC.
