●Increase fiber length in the parts
The length of glass-fibre in DCM parts is 20 time as that of ordinary ones.

●Improve strength of parts
Due to the long glass-fibre used in DCM parts, the strength has improved quite a lot in essence.

●Reduce energy consumption
Carry on the production by compounding and mixing the materials directly, which reduces the pelletizing, transport and plasticizing process and results in great reduction in energy comsumption and cost.

●Reduce production cost
DCM parts can replace metal and high strength short-fibreones. (such as PP/LF replacing PA/SF parts)

●Improve production efficiency
The materials can be injected into parts after compounding directly, which inprove efficiency greatly.

●Suitable for environment-friendly production
DCM parts with long glass fibre are the new outstanding parts substituting glass fibre reinforcement thermosets parts, and the production and parts are more environment friengly.
